Install and Troubleshoot Instructions
 
Install Wired and Wireless Car Mice
 
  1. Install the USB plug or USB wireless receiver into any USB port on any desktop,
    laptop, or tower server only.
  2. Wait a few seconds, for the "Plug & Play" feature of operating system to work and recognize the new device (mouse), and create the drivers (software) automatically, for the operating system & new device to communicate together.
  3. Now you can use your new car mouse device.
 
Troubleshoot Wired Car Mice:
 
A
  1. Click on the "Safely Remove Hardware" icon with green dot (if displayed in notification area on task bar) to safely and correctly, remove and unplug the USB car mouse device properly from the USB port.
  2. Wait 10 seconds, then reinstall the USB plug of the new device (car mouse)
    into the USB port on the computer.
  3. Allow the "Plug and Play" feature of the operating system to recognize the new device (car mouse) and create the drivers (software) automatically, for the operating system and new device to communicate together.
  4. After the "Plug and Play" feature finishes, Now you can use your new car
    mouse device.
 
B
  1. Click on the "Safely Remove Hardware" icon with green dot (if displayed in notification area on task bar) to safely and correctly, remove and unplug the USB car mouse device properly from the USB port. If the "Safely Remove Hardware" icon don't appear in the notification area just unplug the USB plug from the USB port.
  2. Restart the computer, and wait for the "Desktop" to fully load.
  3. Reinstall the USB plug of the new device (car mouse) into the USB port on the computer.
  4. Allow the "Plug and Play" feature of the operating system to recognize the new device (car mouse) and create the drivers (software) automatically, for the operating system and new device to communicate together.
  5. After the "Plug and Play" feature finishes, Now you can use your new car
    mouse device.
 
Troubleshoot Wireless Car Mice:

  1. Click on the "Reset" button on the bottom of the wireless car mouse.

  1. Click on the "Safely Remove Hardware" icon with green dot (if displayed in notification area on task bar) to safely and correctly, remove and unplug the USB wireless receiver properly from the USB port.
  2. Wait 10 seconds, then reinstall the USB wireless receiver of the new device
    (car mouse) into the USB port on the computer.
  3. Allow the "Plug and Play" feature of the operating system to recognize the new device (car mouse) and create the drivers (software) automatically, for the computer and new device to communicate together.
  4. After the "Plug and Play" feature finishes, Now you can use your new car
    mouse device.

  1. If the "Safely Remove Hardware" icon don't appear in the notification area just unplug the USB
    wireless receiver from the USB port.
  2. Restart the computer, and wait for the "Desktop" to fully load.
  3. Reinstall the USB wireless receiver of the new device (car mouse) into the USB port on the computer.
  4. Allow the "Plug and Play" feature of the operating system to recognize the new device (car mouse) and create the drivers (software) automatically, for the computer and new device to communicate together.
  5. After the "Plug and Play" feature finishes, Now you can use your new car
    mouse device.
